Cancellation & Returns

At Navii, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we've made our cancellation and return process as seamless as possible because your experience matters as much as your jewellery.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once your order has been packed and handed to our logistics partner, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • To cancel, email support@navii.design with your order ID and subject line "CANCEL – [Order ID]"
  • Cancellations are confirmed via email within 4 business hours
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
  • COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch incur no charge


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
  • Not a personalised, engraved, or made-to-order item
  • Not a sale item marked "Final Sale"


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless received defective
  • Customised or engraved pieces
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale events
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration


How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@navii.design with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the item
  • Our team will respond within 48 hours with approval and a return shipping label
  • Pack the jewellery securely in its original box  Navii is not responsible for damage during return transit
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days
